Every great event starts the same way. Someone has a vision, a feeling, really of how they want a room to feel, how they want people to arrive, how they want the night to end. And then the reality of actually making that happen sets in.

The spreadsheets. The supplier calls. The venue that looked perfect online and was deeply average in person. The budget that seemed generous until it wasn't. The day itself, which arrives faster than anyone is ever ready for.

We started Ady Events because that gap, between the vision and the reality, is exactly where we love to work.

We are an event planning studio that cares, deeply and sometimes obsessively, about the details. We plan weddings, milestone birthdays, corporate events, private dinners, destination celebrations, and everything in between. The Events We Love Planning

Weddings

Honest answer? Weddings are our favourite. Not because they're the biggest or the most complex, though they often are both, but because they carry so much meaning. Every couple we work with gets a planning process that is entirely built around them. Their story, their style, their people. We handle everything from the first venue visit to the final farewell, and we do it with the kind of care that makes the whole thing feel easy, even when it very much isn't.

Milestone Birthdays

30ths. 40ths. 50ths. The ones that feel significant because they are. We love a milestone birthday because it's permission to go all in, to build an evening that is spectacular, personal, and completely worth the number. We've planned intimate birthday dinners in Michelin-starred private rooms and full venue takeovers for a hundred guests, and the approach is always the same: this person deserves the best version of this night. Let's make sure they get it.

Corporate Events

The corporate event has a reputation for being forgettable. We take that as a challenge. Whether it's a product launch, a client dinner, an end of year celebration, or a brand moment that needs to land, we bring creativity, precision, and genuine strategic thinking to every brief. Your event should say something about who you are. We make sure it says the right thing.

Private Dinners & Gatherings

Some of the best events we've ever worked on happened around a table. A beautifully planned dinner party, the right guests, the right menu, the right atmosphere, every detail considered, is an art form. We work with clients who want to host extraordinarily without spending the evening in the kitchen or worrying about what comes next. That's our job. Not yours.

Celebrations of Every Kind

Engagements. Anniversaries. Baby showers. Reunions. Retirement parties. If it's worth celebrating, and most things are, it's worth doing properly. We bring the same creative energy and planning rigour to every occasion, regardless of scale.

Destination & Travel Events

Sometimes the best thing you can do for a celebration is change the scenery entirely. A villa in the south of France. A long weekend in Lisbon. A group trip built entirely around someone's 40th. We coordinate the moving parts, accommodation, itineraries, reservations, logistics, so your group lands, looks around, and thinks: someone really thought this through.

How We Work

We don't believe in a one-size-fits-all planning process. But we do have an approach, one that we've refined across hundreds of events, and it goes like this:

We start by listening. Not to the brief on paper. To you. What does this event mean? Who are these people? What do you want them to feel? The answers to those questions shape everything that follows.

We build a creative direction together. Design briefs, mood boards, aesthetic references. We translate your vision into something concrete and communicable so that every supplier, every vendor, every element of the event understands exactly what we're building and why.

We work your budget hard. We're honest about money because we have to be. We know where to spend for maximum impact and where to find smarter solutions without compromising the experience. No nasty surprises. No vague estimates. Just a clear, considered plan that gets the most out of every pound.

We find the right venue. Not just available. Right. The venue sets the tone for everything, the atmosphere, the flow, the feeling guests have before a single thing has happened. We have relationships across London's best spaces and we know which ones suit which kind of event. We don't just send you a list. We find your venue.

We're there on the day. This is non-negotiable. On-the-day coordination is where all the planning either holds together or quietly falls apart. We manage the timeline, brief every supplier, handle the moments that don't go to plan — and trust us, something always doesn't, and make sure that the only thing you have to do is enjoy yourself.

We talk about details a lot. We know that. But here's why:

Nobody leaves a great event and says "the venue was perfect." They say the evening felt magical. They say they didn't want it to end. They say they don't quite know what made it so special, it just was.
